Well, Bush is not content to go quietly into the great good night and try to attain a genteel stature of a former president.
He's set up an 'alumni' website where he can continue to spew his political filth. To what end? It would seem that it's just for the sake of sowing yet more partisanship.

This is full of whining about how they think Obama is doing what they were accused of doing; running a campaign from the White House.
'Under Mr. Obama, the political director won't be in the EEOB, where other presidents have placed him. He'll occupy a West Wing office usually given to the head of presidential personnel. That's a sign of the importance of politics for Team Obama'
What they fail to grasp is that our current president is using his political machine for a new purpose; to galvanize citizens to participate in government rather than just support their agenda. The difference, of course, is that all people are invited to participate, to send their thoughts to the president, to get involved in their communities. That is not a political campaign. It is an agenda, but unlike Bush's agendas, this one is putblic and transparent to everyone.
And as a measure of the depth of their delusion, Rove is criticizing this move as dangerous to the environment!
Tapping Carol Browner as climate czar also centralizes decision making. Her role will displace the leadership of the Council on Environmental Quality and diminish the influence of the Environmental Protection Agency.
We have to to be vigilant with these scoundrels.
Now, more than ever, we need to get involved and govern with our government rather than be herded around by whatever filth monger can gain a pulpit.
